Peanut Butter Cookie Pops

These are delicious and fun to make. They make a beautiful gift when wrapped in cellophane.

½ cup sugar
½ cup brown sugar
½ cup margarine or butter
1 t. vanilla
1 egg
1 ½ cups flour
½ t. baking powder
½ t. baking soda
¼ t. salt
10 wooden sticks
10 snickers “fun size” candy bars

Combine sugars, butter, peanut butter, vanilla and egg. Beat well. Combine dry ingredients, then mix with creamed mixture. Securely insert wooden sticks into a small end of each candy bar. Shape about 1/3 cup dough smoothly around each candy bar, making sure bar is completely covered. Place 4” apart on cookie sheets. Bake at 375 for 13-16 minutes or till golden brown. Cool 10 minutes, remove from cookie sheets. Cool completely.
