Yes, it was that good! :)
I made this wonderful apple cake not too long ago, and I bought too many apples. I made apple crisp to use up the leftovers.
I love apple crisp, don't you?
Apple Crisp
5 cups of peeled sliced apples
3-4 tablespoons sugar
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup flour
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon, ginger or nutmeg or apple pie spice...
1/4 cup softened butter
Place apples in a square baking dish; sprinkle with sugar. Set aside.
In a bowl, mix the oats, brown sugar, flour, cinnamon. Cut in the butter. Top the apples with the oat mixture. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes or until the top is crisp and the fruit is done.
Serve with ice cream if desired. :)

I have tried to serve this with my family and they loved it. Thanks for sharing this. I served it with a double dutch ice cream cause that's their favorite ice cream and it's a block buster!
